Summary

Summary

New users required ~10 minutes to complete onboarding and payment setup before starting a psychic reading. However, psychic advisors can only be reserved for 2 minutes, leading to a measurable number of users losing their selected advisor at the moment of connection.

To solve this, I led the introduction of Apple Pay and Google Pay across web and app platforms to reduce friction and payment entry time.
